The Retreat
Six days of meaningful connections
The most popular Coliving Hub retreat is back. We had a very successful gathering last year where coliving founders not only took away lots of knowledge and ideas but also have made deep connections leading to co-investing in projects, launching joint services and building synergies with each other's spaces.
Therefore, due to popular demand, Coliving Hub is organizing another retreat for Coliving Managers who are targeting Digital Nomads.
Where we stay
This retreat will be hosted at Selgars from the 1st until the 6th October 2024.
The price includes a private room, breakfast and vegan friendly lunches.
We have 2 rooms with private bathrooms and the rest of the rooms have shared bathrooms.
You will be staying in a former mill with large and cosy common spaces and all the necessary amenities for work, exercise and relaxation in the middle of a beautiful park surrounded by trees and streams.

A one-of-kind meetup of
Coliving operators
What to expect
We are one of the rare industries which promote collaboration over competition. This event is about embracing just that: learning from each other and growing together.
We want to create an inspiring and relaxing stay for everyone.
We won't have an intensive program where you are expected to work day and night and be exhausted by the end of it. Instead, it will be a time when you can truly connect with others, have meaningful one-on-one conversations and connections, and get inspired by the group.
Connections
Build deeper connections with other founders. We limit the group to 15 participants.
Workshops
Morning and afternoon sessions of deep dive into various topics of Coliving.
Accommodation
5 nights in cosy rooms with shared or private bathrooms in the Mill house or cottage
Meals
All meals are included in your stay except for times we are eating out.

Build a meaningful network of operators
Get the details
We will cover wide variety of topics ranging from investment and sales to operations and community management. This does not mean we will not have time for fun, we have planned excursions, bonfire and much more.
Our prices start at €450 but all members receive an additional 10% discount.
"Where does the money go?" is always a fair question, and we are happy to be totally transparent here. Coliving Hub is a non-profit organization, hence it will not make any profit on this retreat. The pricing is based on cost of accommodation, meals, transportation and to fly-in the Coliving Hub team. All team members of Coliving Hub will volunteer their time during the retreat.

The Facilitators

The retreat will be lead by Coliving Hub team.

How will I get to Selgars?Address: Selgars Mill, Uffculme, Devon EX15 3DA Flying into the UK? The closest airport is Bristol. It will take you about 2h by bus/train to get to Tiverton Parkway station which is our station (See By Train). It might be easier to find a flight to London airport. In that case, you can go to Paddington Station in London and get a direct train to Tiverton Parkway (2h). by car: This is where we are : Selgars Mill, Uffculme, Devon EX15 3DA We have parking available on site. by train: The station is called Tiverton Parkway From London it is a 2h train right from Paddington station, stopping at Tiverton Parkway. We recommend using https://www.thetrainline.com/ to book your ticket. FROM THE STATION From the station, it is a 45-minute walk, a 15-minute cycle, or a 7-minute drive. Depending on arrival times we might be able to organise transfer. IF YOU ARE WALKING OR CYCLING, DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAP! Google Maps is misleading and will tell you it takes more than 1h. Follow these instructions instead: As soon as you get off the train, instead of taking the over-track bridge to reach the station, walk down the walking path following the tracks. It will eventually take you to a bridge crossing the highway. Keep going “along” the highway on the other side. When the walking path ends, you reach a junction. Take a sharp left and follow that road (Muxbeare Lane) to a big road (B3181). Turn left on the walking path alongside it until you reach the end of it, and it makes you cross the big road. Cross and take the road on your right that is going left, Hitchocks Lane. Follow that road until the end, cross one last road (Uffculme Road), and we are straight ahead! You should see our signs. If you wish to get a cab we would recommend to book ahead. Jolly Jaunts (COLIN) - 01884840979 around £12 to/from Tiverton Parkway.
