Feedback: Can't grow without them, can't seem to receive them, not great at giving them.

During this Mastermind we will address the complex dynamic around feedback. 

As Coliving owners, we need them to keep improving our space and community building, but as vulnerable and passionate humans, it is always difficult to hear that what you have put in place does not work well enough. Especially when it turns into daily reminders of everything that needs fixing. 

It is also not easy to give feedback to colivers on the way their behavior impacts the rest of the group. Many of us are creating deep bonds with our colivers and it makes the line between "business owner" & friends blurry. 

How do you welcome feedback? How do you give them? How do you receive them? How do you act on them? When do you know to wear your business hat and your friend's hat? 

We will share our best practices, and our biggest challenges and learn from each other to thrive through user feedback!
