Nikita and Anastasia started their journey 8 years ago when they dropped careers in Russia to become digital nomads. Since then they have opened a successful seasonal retail business on two continents, a small video production company and a dozen of other conscious projects. Two years ago they founded SmenaStation.com - a community of digital nomads like them and a network of popup co-living and co-working spaces that has grown into 8 locations around the world. They will walk us through the process of building a community, how to manage and sustain it.
