Sales and Partnership Manager

Job Description

The Sales and Partnership Manager position with Coliving Hub will provide support for all company verticals including development, admin and events. The strategy and execution of our sales and sponsorship activities plays a critical role in the overall success of the organization and we are looking to bring more consistency and expand  our  opportunities  with  the  creation  of  this  role. An  ownership mentality and positive, can‐do attitude is a baseline requirement for all Coliving Hub team members, as each is an ambassador of Coliving Hub to our members. 

 

Responsibilities include lead-generation, researching and recruiting for Coliving operators around the globe to join our membership, and send to the partnership manager to globally expand. Working closely with the partnership team, events team, the sales manager will carry out income generation activity, primarily through membership revenue and exhibition income for our programme of conferences and events.

VOLUNTEER
This is a part-time volunteer role. An approximate of 5-15hrs/week

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited) to: 
 

  • Researching and networking with potential new coliving operators to secure successful new global partnerships to join our membership and facebook group.

  • Find new leads and confirm guest speakers for our upcoming webinars and networking events. 

  • Find partners to be a part of our Partnership Program.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrate some knowledge of marketing and sales

  • Understanding of event management

  • Understanding of membership platforms (preferred)

  • Excellent in verbal and written communication in English

  • Well versed with Microsoft and Google tools (Office, G Suite)

  • Knowledge of the Coliving/Hospitality industry

  • Has experience with working remotely

  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed

  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects

  • Work well with a team
