Coliving in a Developing Country: Between Idealism and Reality

The Green Hub Lombok began as a simple idea: to create a space where people can live, work, and connect more intentionally. This talk walks through the real story behind the project - the design choices, construction realities, and what it’s like to build something meaningful from scratch in Lombok.

With a background in tech, finance, and high-growth teams, Lionel spent the last decade building complex things, both digital and physical. I’m currently developing The Green Hub Lombok, Lombok’s first coworking–coliving space, where design, community, and real-world constraints meet.
