Jhonatan is a management consultant, a community developer and a seasoned coliver. 

He works, lives and volunteers in three different self-managed communities. Originally from Latin America and with an engineering degree, he believes it is possible to set structures to improve engagement in communities without compromising spontaneity and flow.
