Rethinking Coliving - The Nomadico Model

Nomadico started with a simple idea: create meaningful coliving experiences by working with local partners rather than building spaces from scratch. In this talk, we’ll share how our values shaped a unique model built around authentic local experiences, adventure, diverse communities and meaningful connections — while helping existing spaces thrive beyond their traditional high season.

Our speaker will be Matilde Leitão. Matilde is Head of Experiences at Nomadico and a community builder with over 9 years of experience in the remote work, travel and coliving space. She joined Nomadico from it´s very first coliving in Madeira, starting as the Community Manager responsible for developing the guest and community experience. Today, she leads and trains Nomadico’s global network of Community Managers and local partners to bring the Nomadico experience to life across different destinations. Before Nomadico, she built a 25K-member travel community, co-founded Remote Portugal, organized Portugal’s first workation, and created some of the first community oriented businesses in Bansko, Bulgaria.
