About the event
Most coliving spaces don't fail because of bad locations or wrong pricing - they fail because their founders only solve half the problem. A successful coliving business has two sides: the business that keeps the lights on, and the community that makes people stay. You are essentially running two businesses at once, each with its own challenges, and most founders nail one and neglect the other. This webinar is about mastering both.
Oleksandra is a community builder and business coach who believes remote work should feel less isolating and more intentional. She is the co-founder of Nesting Away, a coliving in Italy for remote workers, and Taste Remote, an online community for foodie nomads, where she brings people together through pop-up colivings and the Digital Nomad Village in Italy. She also works closely with first-time founders, coaching them through the messy, exciting early stages of building a business they actually love.
