About the event
This month we are happy to welcome Kate Shifman, founder of ArtHOUSE Coliving.
Kate is a passionate advocate of a location independent lifestyle and personal growth through connection and wellness. She is a regular keynote speaker, panelist, and writer on remote work and location independence.
After 10+ years in the corporate world, Kate moved to Portugal where she is building products designed to help others live their lives more fully.
ArtHOUSE is a 360° Eco-Positive Co-Living + Co-Working space near Ericeira, Portugal designed to help guests reset their relationship with themselves, the spaces they inhabit, and the environment.
She will take us through her own experience opening ArtHouse in Portugal during times of pandemic:
A space which is mindfully built for digital nomads and remote workers is in tune with the needs, values, and the lifestyle of its occupants. It's optimized to the nuances of the transient tribe. On the other hand, building from scratch is a huge undertaking, which took me on a wild ride through the Portuguese bureaucracy, the pandemic, learning about myself, the meaning of community, and how architecture fits into and supports it.
OBS: You will receive an email with a link 1 hour before the start of the webinar
As usual our webinars are free for all Coliving Members. If you are not (yet) a member and this is your first event, it's on us ;-) Otherwise, think about joining us.
