Our journey to find the "perfect" property to create a coliving

This month we are so happy to welcome not one but two speakers, Fabienne and Benoit who you might know as the couple behind Novo Monde. 

When looking for a real estate property there are many things to take into consideration (builing, location, accessibility, price, etc.) Choosing the right location can be tricky as well especially if you want your space to be able to create some local impact. 

They'll share how their search went in Switzerland, with all its ups and downs as well as the financial aspects.

Fabienne and Ben are 2 bloggers, authors and web entrepreneurs from the french part of Switzerland. 

After spending the last 6 years working remotely and spending almost 50% of their time in various coliving spaces across Europe, they've decided to open their own space in the Swiss Alps. 

They bought a former hotel and are currently working on transforming it into a coliving space.
