About the event

This month we are happy to welcome Gaetan de Dietrich, Coliving Advisor.

Former Head of Community and Sales at Hmlet and founding team, Gaetan is an award-winning coliving operator who specialises in engineering sticky resident experiences. 

Hmlet (now merged into Habyt) is South-East Asia's largest Coliving operator with spaces in Sydney, Hong-Kong and Tokyo.  A pioneer of scaling community-centric BTR plays, Gaetan has designed, led and scaled operations that have served thousands of residents to date.

In this talk Gatean will share some best principles and practices that carried him forward in setting up a robust sales system that fills rooms up, delivers on expectations and builds community.   

We'll talk about how to trade-off between short term revenue growth and long-term reputation brand management, lead generation, sales processes, systems and delivering a consistent experience by aligning sales, marketing and community.
